I now offer lessons in the Portland/Vancouver area. I have been teaching privately for 10 years at all levels from beginning to advanced students. I believe that all developing percussionists need a well rounded study of the 3 main percussion instruments (snare drum, mallets, timpani) as well as drumset, accessory percussion, multiple percussion, world percussion, and rudimental percussion. In addition to regularly scheduled lessons, I am available for special coachings to prepare students for contests and auditions.

I am also available for consultations with composers looking for consultation on percussion instruments, techniques and notation.
